Braswell A/C and heating put in a new unit for us quickly and with out a lot of fuss. We are very pleased with the unit and with the service. Mr. Braswell and his associate were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Whenever I’ve had questions or it’s time for Service, I have no problem getting in touch with Mr. Braswell to answer those questions and set up those appointments. We recommend him wholeheartedly.

Five stars all the way. Scott squeezed in a visit to my rental on short notice, tracked down the problem in minutes, and it turned out to be an easy fix, so easy he wouldn’t even take payment. We handled everything remotely, and his clear advice made the whole situation painless. Quick, honest, and easy to work with, Scott has definitely won my business for any future HVAC needs.

Woke up to no heating this morning. Sent text to Braswell at 8:30am. Very rapid response - by 11am, we are back up and running (failed blower motor). Used a creative solution to use a spare speed tap on the motor, while we wait for a new one to arrive. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad I found Braswell Air Conditioning while searching and reading Google reviews. My ac wasn't blowing cool air and my house was scorching hot. Scott and Logan came out the next day bright and early and got us back running. Scott explained what the problem was and fixed it in less than 30mins. He proved to be a reliable and honest repair person. I would strongly recommend using their services.

Technician Scott is a such a knowledgeable person, and really explains the details of what is the problem. He is analytical in trying to find the root cause and that's the precise type of person you want to be checking your AC. Besides that, he's such a nice guy! I highly recommend Braswell services. Will definitely call them if there's a next time.
