Five stars all the way. Scott squeezed in a visit to my rental on short notice, tracked down the problem in minutes, and it turned out to be an easy fix, so easy he wouldn’t even take payment. We handled everything remotely, and his clear advice made the whole situation painless. Quick, honest, and easy to work with, Scott has definitely won my business for any future HVAC needs.

Woke up to no heating this morning. Sent text to Braswell at 8:30am. Very rapid response - by 11am, we are back up and running (failed blower motor). Used a creative solution to use a spare speed tap on the motor, while we wait for a new one to arrive. Highly recommended!

Scott and Logan came out the next day bright and early and got us back running. Scott explained what the problem was and fixed it in less than 30mins. Technician Scott is a such a knowledgeable person, and really explains the details of what is the problem. He is analytical in trying to find the root cause and that's the precise type of person you want to be checking your AC. Besides that, he's such a nice guy! I highly recommend Braswell services. Scott arrived at my home at the scheduled time, walked me through checking the AC system in the attic, explaining details and giving advice on how to better maintain it, checked and cleaned the condenser unit in my backyard, and notified me of their affordable promotional price for the services rendered. Excellent service 5/5, will rely on them in the future for preventative maintenance/annual checkups and any unexpected issues.

Scott showed up on time and had our ac working in 20 min, called one hour ac they quoted me over $2000 Scott fixed our unit for $250 best honest service around. Highly recommend.

Braswell A/C and heat is a top notch company. I’ve used them for system maintenance and repairs when needed for years. Scott is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. He knows his HVAC that’s for sure, and is very honest. He doesn’t try to sell unnecessary parts or labor which is awesome. They take care of the Vets too with a discount! I’d highly recommend them if you need service, you won’t be disappointed.

Scott did a great job diagnosing an issue with our AC and getting the faulty part replaced promptly. The system is cooling great now. Also, Scott is very knowledgeable, truthful and responsive. He answered all of our questions and concerns both in person and by text. Finally, big thanks for initially coming out same day in a tropical storm downpour and working outside in bad weather to diagnose the issue and perform a temporary patch until a final repair was done. 2023 Update: Been using Braswells for 4 years now. Best HVAC contractor hands down. Highly recommend. 2024 Update: Still using Braswells for all HVAC needs.
