However, I recently had a positive experience that stands out from the rest. I had the pleasure of speaking with Scott, the owner of Braswell's Air Conditioning And Heating Services. In the past, I had dealt with another A/C company to address my cooling issue. They insisted I required a new condenser fan, which would have cost me around $500 to $600, including installation. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts, they couldn't perform the work immediately. Given that I needed the job completed before the weekend due to a business trip, I googled AC company's based on reviews and landed on Braswell's Air Conditioning And Heating Services . During our conversation, I explained my previous findings, and we arranged for him to assess the situation the next day, which is today. Braswell was amazing their technicians were phenomenal professionals and on time. I have found my AC company. They explained everything in detail. They were very responsive when I called for an appointment and they came the next day. I will let all my friends know if they have AC issues or just to require maintenance to call them…

Scott installed our new AC/Heat unit about 4 years ago at very reasonable price. He is always quick to respond about maintenance service or for any reason. He is very kind, courteous and professional and would not use anyone else.

Came home after a night shift to discover AC went outstarted calling companies to get someone ASAPARS was able to come out then soonest so I let themtheir quote was beyond ridiculous! Waited on Scott to show up who fixed everything quickly, got the AC blowing cold again and for a fraction of what ARS wanteddont go with the large companies who ONLY care about the $$call Scott who will be honest with whats needed at an amazing price!

Braswell's Air Conditioning service came to the rescue. I originally had a different AC company come and assess the dehumidifier vibration problem but they couldn't find the issue. I called Braswell's Air Conditioning and Scott was able to identify the problem and repair it. If you want Good quality, responsive professional and on time call Braswell's Air Conditioning.
